Spectra Food Services & Hospitality is the exclusive, in-house caterer at Gateway Convention Center. Although we do not allow outside food and beverage, we do make exceptions for wedding cakes. We offer our each couple the ability to customize the perfect meal for their big day.

But nothing that would make me hesitate recommending them. They customize pretty much everything so that you have things exactly as you want them and take care of everything on your day so that you don’t have to worry about a thing. And they’re so flexible.
