About 10 years ago, my business was born out of wanting to create beautiful and personal bouquets for family and friends. I’m Cece Cardona, I’m the girl behind Sweet Stems By Cece. After 5 years in banking I got to step away and start this new journey of bringing joy to loved ones lives through flowers! Sweet Stems bloomed through a year difficult for all of us. My Flowers helped to lift others up and bring joy and happiness into their homes. Now I get to share that same feeling with all of you.

I'm a proud first-gen., Latina & Dallas native who finds joy in every facet of flowers. Growing up, my dad filled my childhood with gardening & my love for flowers sprouted there. In high school, I enrolled in Skyline's High School's floral design program in which my classmates & I learned floral designs basics + the business side of the flower industry. There, I would frequently compete against other high schools & received my Level 1 & 2 certifications by the TSFA. I founded La Fuente de Flores in 2019 & have rebranded as Monarch & Marigold Studio. I'm also a hobby flower grower so quite literally, I'm always surrounded by flowers.
