Our goal has always been to make everyone feel “at home”. We have designed the entire property and venue to give that same “at home” feel, for everyone who chooses to have their big day at “Barn On Nye Manor.” We love making possible the dreams of couples for one of the most momentous days of their lives. Camp Perry can give you the destination wedding of your dreams. You can avoid stress or time issues by having access to the banquet room the day before the wedding to decorate. We offer a chapel for your ceremony or our beautiful beach area. Your guest can stay in any of our lodging options, many of which are lakeside cottages. You can wake up and get ready for the joyous day mere yards from the venue. After the reception in our lakeside banquet hall with views that will take your breath away. After which you and your guests can enjoy a quiet campfire on the beach. Then walk to their lodging and retire for the evening safe and sound.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
