The beauty of The Loft At Walnut Hill Farm, LLC. is that in one location, couples may host both an indoor or outdoor ceremony followed by a reception. The venue has a Dutch Hoop Barn with a walk-in loft that’s nice for a ceremony or reception. The cottage doubles as a home base for the bridal party on the wedding day (to get ready or hang out a bit) as well as a place for the couple to stay the night of the wedding. The climate-controlled Loft has a deck overlooking the pavilion and surroundings. The pavilion may accommodate up to 250, and it has a climate-controlled kitchen. There are additional outdoor settings to consider for outdoor weddings, both as the location and as a photo backdrop.

Originally built by Henry Woolery in 1930, Woolery Mill has been transformed into an industrial chic venue with modern amenities. Designated a National Historic Landmark in 2002, the mill is a former A.J. Woolery & Sons quarry with a variety of buildings, structures, and objects originally used for limestone production. The mill shut down production in 1996 and the property has been vacant since. Woolery Mill offers one the most inclusive and unique wedding experiences in southern Indiana all while maintaining the highest standards. The newly renovated architectural genius boasts soaring ceilings, massive exposed beams and an incredible amount of natural light. The restored 1870s townhouse on Walnut has been in the Topolgus family since Stephanie's grandfather opened his medical practice there in 1947. Stephanie's father, Dr. Jim Topolgus, practiced medicine there until moving his offices in the mid-1990s. When the building was empty, it opened up an opportunity "Topo" had been waiting for.

Built in 1879 our tobacco barn is the perfect venue for you beautiful rustic wedding. The Guthrie Mansion is situated next to the wedding barn and the exterior can be used for one of several ceremony locations. There is a bridal room and cabin rentals available for bride and guests. There are 2 floors in the wedding barn, a bar, prep kitchen area and dance floor as well as a beautiful large deck overlooking 125 acres of beautiful property.

First of all, congratulations!!! We are so glad you are interested in our event center! We are now open in the American National Bank Building, 302 Main Street. The 12,000 square foot area will easily seat 400 guests {300 on main level + 100 upstairs}; however, it is easy to make the space seem more quaint for smaller parties. We have a private parking lot in the back and the corner lot allows for ample street parking. Our elegant + industrial look is complete with a grand staircase, a "U" shaped balcony that overlooks the dance floor, a bank vault converted to a ready room, and an additional large suite/ready room with plenty of mirrors and plug-ins! The strategically placed lighting {most of which are on dimmers} will create the most perfect ambiance and decorating can be minimal!
