Our dream to pursue photography professionally began with our trip to Alaska. We bought our first “real” camera and lens in preparation, with the hopes of getting some great wildlife portraits in the backcountry of Denali National Park. By the time she was three years old, Olivia Claggett was asking for a harp teacher. At six years old, she began taking piano lessons with Jean Wonders, and at eight she began Suzuki harp lessons with professional harpist, instructor, and adjudicator Candyce Dunham. She never looked back after her first lesson in October 2007. During her many years as a student, Olivia continued to push herself musically by competing in numerous competitions winning the annual Buckeye Christian School Organization’s spring competition for five consecutive years.
