Our picturesque farm is nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, just west of Asheville. We are surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, with Cold Mountain as the backdrop for your ceremony. We host only one event per day to ensure that you get all the attention that you deserve and are not hurried in any way. Our goal is to make your wedding day as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We also have accommodations for ten guests. Therefore, whatever the vision is: an elopement, large or small wedding, a wonderful place for all your bridal party or immediate family to stay close to you for your big day, a small dinner party, rehearsal dinner, or that perfect destination wedding, The Loralei Inn can accommodate your every desire and are delighted to share this part of your journey with you.

The Inn, originally named Engadine by its builder, Civil War Captain John Keais Hoyt, is an 1885 Queen Anne-style Victorian home. Engadine is on the National Register of Historic Places and has been restored and decorated to maintain its Victorian character and charm. It was converted to an inn in 1994 and has operated as one ever since.

The Farm is a relaxed, warm, gathering place for weddings, receptions, corporate team building, family celebrations and romantic getaways. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Farm is just outside of vibrant and artistic Asheville, NC. Originally a family farm, it has grown into a unique, flexible and award winning full-service events venue. The Event Center is a chameleon of sorts – equally suited for an elegant wedding as it is for a southern BBQ.
