The Wallingford Venue is ideal for larger events at 4,500 square feet. Overlooking the stunning Lake Union, the studio, which offers beautiful, polished wood flooring, a grand stage, and homey, understated elegance, is a lovely backdrop for your ceremony or reception. It also offers a full kitchen for any catering requirements, as well as a thorough sound system. For smaller ceremonies, the Greenlake studio, at 1,000 square feet, is equally suitable. This venue has two smaller rooms which can be used as “getting-ready rooms” and a warm, inviting lobby. Inside the studio, you can find an impressive wall of mirrors. The MV Skansonia by Landmark Event Co is a historic waterfront venue in Seattle, offering stunning views of the Emerald City skyline. Built in 1929, this wooden ferry once carried passengers between Vashon Island and Point Defiance before being permanently docked on Lake Union for events. Our King County Designated Historic Landmark farm sits on 18.1 acres on the north side slope of the Happy Valley 2 miles east of Redmond on SR 202. Established in 1907 by Walter Cooper, the uncle of the famous actor Gary Cooper, the dairy farm operated for 60 years before switching to beef cattle in the late 60s. The farmstead encompasses a gambrel-roofed hay barn built in 1925, followed by a grain silo and milk barn built in 1953.
