The beautiful house, gracious interior and stunning grounds are an ideal location for the celebration of special events; weddings, bar mitzvahs, anniversaries. HISTORY OF ROWSLEY The Scarsdale Woman's Club is headquartered in Rowsley, a 19th century manor house, set on almost four acres amid magnificent trees and plantings. The house was built in 1858 by William Bailey Lang, an English iron merchant. He fashioned it after a property in Derbyshire, England. Among the notable plantings on the site are the 470-year-old white oak tree and the massive rhododendron, both in the front of the property. Rowsley was named an Historic Landmark by the Village of Scarsdale in 1968, and in 2008, it was designated by the nation as a site on its National Register of Historic Places. The Scarsdale Woman's Club was an incredible venue for our wedding. From the beginning, Marianne and Chris were open and communicative, making us feel like part of their family as we planned our special day. Their committee members were amazing to work with, helping us utilize the timeless, warm, and stunning space to perfection. On the day of, Art worked tirelessly to set up and break down everything seamlessly. The entire team contributed to making our wedding day special and worry-free. We're so grateful for their hard work and highly recommend the Scarsdale Woman's Club to any couple looking for a beautiful, welcoming venue with top-notch service. We were married under the 450 year old oak tree, and everything was just amazing. You also have the freedom to choose all your own vendors.

We had our wedding at El Caribe on 08/26/2023 and our wedding day was perfect! My wife legitimately cried when she entered the Tiara ballroom. It was the only time she cried the entire day... she didn’t even shed a tear at the church lol. It well more than exceeded our expectations. Cocktail hour was incredible! My wife and I didn’t attend cocktail hour but we were able to see some photos from our guests and it was unbelievable! Cocktail hour included a lobster wall, an oyster shucking station, fresh mozzarella being made fresh in front of your eyes… it was incredible. We wish we had attended our cocktail hour just to view everything in person but we knew that we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy any of the food if we did (as we would have been approached by everyone trying to talk to us and wish us congratulations). Instead we enjoyed all the food being served at the cocktail hour in a separate private room. The staff and service was incredible! Alan was super attentive. He made sure that we stayed hydrated and were able to actually enjoy the food from our cocktail hour and dinner. During our private cocktail hour, Alan dressed my wife in a white tablecloth (so she didn’t spill anything on her dress) and was attending to our every needs. One of my groomsmen’s wives joined us in our private room (she was pregnant and we welcomed her to join us so she could be comfortable) and she commented how awesome and attentive the staff was and how the staff at her venue practically forgot about her wedding (we didn’t ask for her to elaborate lol). Similarly Ashley (the bridal attendant) and George were awesome as well! The MOH was struggling to bustle my wife’s dress and Ashley just took over and bustled it up quickly! I would highly suggest El Caribe for your wedding venue! After attending my wedding my cousin (who experienced El Caribe for the first time at my wedding) booked his wedding at El Caribe shortly afterwards. Also, your cake from Aliotta Pastry Shop is included when you book with El Caribe and the cake was phenomenal.

We started the wedding planning process by starting to look at venues. Falkirk was the first venue we had toured and immediately fell in love with it. From seeing the golf course, the waterfall, the gazebo, and incredible views, it was breathtaking and we imagined ourselves getting married there immediately. We met with Andrea during our tour, and had the pleasure of getting to work with her throughout our planning process, and was absolutely incredible on the day of our wedding! She made herself available to answer our (many) questions, going over timelines, and ensuring that our vision and dreams for the day came true. They had it all, from phenomenal staff to incredible food, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the entire wedding weekend. Andrea was an absolute gem to work with, and made sure everything we dreamed of came true. And when we got the opportunity to have fireworks during our reception?! To this day, we have friends and family still talking about the firework show. Andrea worked seamlessly with other vendors and the firework staff to make sure it was a surprise show that no one would forget. Our wedding day was a dream, and we are so glad we had it at the Falkirk Estate and Country Club. We are so incredibly happy we got the pleasure to work with them, and would recommend any couples that are starting the wedding planning process, to reach out to them.

The Briarcliff Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding day! The Silo was a dream wedding venue! The high ceilings, gorgeous chandeliers, and amazing backlighting led to wonderful pictures. We had several guests comment on how beautiful the venue was. We utilized floating candles for our centerpieces which played amazingly with the added candles provided by the Farmhouse. The staff was attentive, helpful, and communicative. They paid attention to detail and were always available to put our minds at ease. We also rented the bridal suite and groom’s suite. Both suites were spacious, filled with entertainment, and included private bathrooms and mini fridges. There was plenty of space for my hair and makeup team.. We all had a wonderful time getting ready for the wedding. The food and chef were absolutely incredible. We were able to completely customize the menu by adding things like garlic mashed potatoes and chicken francese. What really stood out is that it felt like we were giving our guests a high end restaurant meal, rather than cookie cutter wedding food.

Magnificent place for an intimate, unique wedding experience. This is not your standard wedding venue that handles multiple events at a time and confines its guests to the reception hall or at best to a small outdoor space. The is the ultimate splendor of having an entire estate and staff dedicated to your intimate experience. My experience: a quintessential gift that paired with the thoughtful favor memorialized the event. As we drove up to the gated 1920’s estate overlooking the lake and manicured landscape budded with mature trees surrounding the landmark Spanish colonial which beckoned us in, Rushmore “had us at hello.” This home spoke to us. Beyond the craftsmanship and its meandering outdoor spaces, we felt drawn to this majestic property. “I was within and without” is how I would describe it ― F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby.. Blending into to the historical landscape, our wedding theme was simply Gatsby. "Can't repeat the past? Why of course you can!". This magical place transported us and our guests back to the lavish roaring period of a happy by gone era. How appropriate a medicine for today when we all seek an opportunity to unite in a safe social gathering. What better way to splendor the outdoors over many acres of pure solitude for you and your special guests alone to explore. Seeing everyone enjoying themselves was gratifying. All our guests told me how much fun they had. Thanks to Russell, Karen and Beth for making our event all the more magical and flawless. They didn’t miss a beat. The outdoor after party by the lake Russell set for us and some of our guests with a bon fire was the topper of the evening. It was lovely strolling around the lake after dinner. Russell and team equipped us with a customized service and were gracious with accommodating our special needs. One of which was by default an unforgettable personal experience beyond our dreams - a portal to a happier time. Beth was a super wedding planner and Karen helped with setting the stage for my Gatsby old Hollywood décor in the reception. Another topper to this event was the most decadent catering of Pamela’s Traveling Feast. She prepared the perfect menu and with varying serving stations to satisfy every palette. The wedding cake was incredible, nothing of this world. I cannot describe how amazing the wedding cake was, but I’ve never tasted anything like it. Paired with the homemade pies were simply to die for. All the food she prepared was of the same caliber, simply divine. Russell recommended Pamela who is top on their list of caterers no doubt. We were fortunate to have Pamela and I can’t tell you how many compliments I received from our guests on her culinary talents! She is a must have! No one else can possibly compare! Reverend Jim Rooney also recommended by Rushmore was truly amazing and personable who made us feel extra special. When we were saying our vows as Christian looked at me, “it was like all women want to be looked at by a man.” Then he kissed me “and the incarnation was complete.” ― F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby. All these elements collided like the stars and together created an unforgettable moment in time that is now bound to this magical place. I will never forget our experience at Rushmore. If you are looking for the most incredible experience for your wedding, its Rushmore. I hopeful, dreaming grandly sought a special place to hold my wedding and I landed it at the Rushmore Estates.

I enjoy visiting Tom Quick Inn in Milford for occasional dinner, glass of wine, dessert. A decision to choose this venue for my daughter Quinceanera came to ma easy. It was a great choice. The communication with my event coordinator, Keighla, was great. We had few in person meetings, communicated via email or phone. She helped me adjust the menu to create what I wanted for that special day. I felt taken care of in any way possible by her. It felt great to meet the chef, Mike, who was in charge of the meal preparation, before the event and to be able to discuss the menu with him. He become another person I could turn too, if I had any questions. The venue accommodated my needs to decorate the venue the night before event. The event itself was fabulous. The day was warm as for late October, the colorful trees surrounding the restaurant, allowed us to take nice pictures in the nature. The food, as expected... delicious. Guest left the event happy, with full tummies. As for me... It felt as if I just had a wedding I never had. The director of events, Bob, answered all of our emails promptly and with detail. He is a wonderful man who goes above and beyond to make sure that we were thoroughly satisfied and feeling well taken care of. Bob was so fantastic at helping us come up with solutions to challenges that emerged at different stages of the planning process, and we couldn’t have pulled off the party we wanted without his patience, thoughtfulness, and support. On the day of, we were made to feel so special by all the staff at MBYC. We were given a personal “bridal attendant” who followed us around all day and attended to any needs we had that came up- like holding my bouquet during photos, getting us fresh drinks, grabbing some items from the bridal suite. All of our guests were telling us how impressed they were by the level of service and consideration they received from all the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and in great spirits. The scenery. The venue space at MB&YC is truly RIGHT on the water! It is so incredibly gorgeous. The cocktail hour is on a beautiful deck over the water. The reception is in a ballroom with giant windows facing the water. The space does not need much more decoration to feel special. It is elegant and special, yet practical, home-y, and not at all stuffy. The food. We were so impressed by the food. Typically wedding food is basic and mass produced, but every dish at MB&YC felt special. We had so many friends after the wedding recounting their favorite bites throughout the night. The mac and cheese bites as well as the New York Strip Steak were definitely crowd pleasers. Not only was the food plentiful, but it was all also incredibly tasty. Bob and his staff also made sure to take care of our guests with dietary restrictions. Everyone ate well at our wedding. The run of show. Bob and his team were working very hard the evening of our wedding to ensure the schedule was kept and everything went as planned. Leading up to the event, Bob heard all of our concerns and desires, and he was able to execute a fabulous event the evening of our wedding. I was never once concerned that something was missing or forgotten, I trusted Bob and I knew he was going to make sure we had a perfect night. Overall, definitely book your wedding here at MB&YC! We can’t speak highly enough about our special day here!

I was one of few original wedding photographers to capture Abbey Inn's grand opening commercial photo shoot. I was extremely impressed by not only the polite construction and staff at the facility, but also how they had EVERYTHING figured out for large scale weddings and events to take place at their location. GCH was the most amazing venue. I’ve been to a majority of the venues on Long Island but this one took the cake. The food was OUTSTANDING (everyone raves about it), the people (especially Paul) were so unbelievably helpful and amazing. My bridal attendant Nang was WOW. She held my train everywhere while we were walking and fluffed it to help the photographers, she always had water for me and the groom, she carried my lipsticks and had me reapplying, she bustled my dress so easily so we didn’t have to bother my mom, she got mine and my husbands afterparty outfits ready for us so we didn’t have to go upstairs… the list goes on and on. If you want a venue that makes your life super easy leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding and one that your guests will rave about for literally months this is the place.

We had our wedding on 6/1/24 and look back on this day with so much joy, fondness, and gratitude. The landscape and vibrant colors are truly stunning. A peacock even made an appearance during the first look outdoors! The Victorian aesthetic enhances the beauty and romantic charm. The dance floor was a great size and the room fit our 120 guests very comfortably. The reception room is beautifully decorated, as well as the tables. The windows (with option to close curtains) provide great natural light you are having a daytime wedding. The service at Westbury Manor was outstanding from the day 1. All of our guests raved about the food at cocktail hour and could not believe they could choose among seven options for dinner. People kept saying how this was the best food they have had at a wedding and we can attest to this. Westbury Manor and their amazing staff helped make our day perfect and unforgettable. We highly recommend having your wedding here without reservation!

We got married at Edgewater in October 2023 and it was truly a dream. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and very reasonably priced. The staff is phenomenal! Christina and Sal were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and put our minds at ease. I can easily say they were the reason we were stress free. Emily and Alanna made sure we were their number one priority that day. They were constantly checking in on us, giving us whatever we needed. They knew what we needed/wanted before we even did. Our parents raved about the staff checking on them as well. Every little detail was perfect because of the staff. The food was so delicious, thanks to chef Jay. Every single one of our guests came up to us to rave about the beauty of the venue, the food, the staff, and the bartenders. The bartenders were awesome and quickly learned everyone’s order, having the drinks ready for them when they got to the bar. It was the best day of our lives and we couldn’t have picked a better venue with a better staff, because there simply isn’t one. Thank you Edgewater for being the perfect beach venue!!

Our wedding was almost 2 months ago and I can’t explain how happy I am that I booked the crescent beach club. My guests still speak about how beautiful our venue was. The food, the drinks, the service and everything was incredible. I was blessed to have stacie as my coordinator. This woman is AMAZING. She put me in sooo much ease. I wasn't worried for a second on the weeks leading up to my wedding. The day of my wedding I was lucky with beautiful weather and all our guests went to enjoy the beautiful happy hour on the beach. I didn’t worry about a single thing on my wedding day. My matrie d’ was wonderful. She made sure to check up on us, she made sure we had food and water at all times and sent us home with A LOT of food. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this place, not just for the location but for the amazing people that work there. It's taken me a couple months to write this review since getting married at Park Loft in May because I just haven't felt I had the words to adequately express how perfect this venue and their entire team was. Our wedding day exceeded even our own expectations and was absolutely flawless. I expected a little hiccup somewhere along the way, but there were none. The entire team we worked with were true professionals and had the whole process down to a tee. Our director, Allie, was beyond organized and accommodating, helping us throughout the entire planning process. Chef Thomas is incredible and so invested in ensuring all the food was delicious. Everyone who attended went out of their way to tell us it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. If you are considering booking with Park Loft, all I can say is DO IT!! You will not regret it and you and all your guests will be blown away by the all around perfection of Park Loft.

Megan, the director, is an absolutely dream to work with. quick responses, explains everything clearly, a sweetheart. Hotel is super clean, the food is amazing and the staff were lovely. The Maitre De went missing a lot throughout the day, to the point where my uncle had to find her whenever i needed. They set up & cleaned everything up for us which was lovely. the hotel bar stayed open late (sunday wedding) but you couldn’t make it private. so you had people at the bar trying to add to an open tab. you get a room block, the director of rooms Rebecca is very easy to work with as well. the outdoor ceremony space is gorgeous!!! If you want a PARTY, book this venue. They have multiple rooms at this venue you can book depending on your headcount. We booked the Majestic Room on the top floor for 75 people. They also have the Swan Room that can fit over 150 people or something like that. The whole second floor was dedicated to our event. Here are some of the features it had that just makes sense functionally: we had a bridal suite that fit our whole bridal party and parents, an elevator since it was on the second floor, a grand staircase, our own bathrooms and bar separate from the downstairs area, a built-in dance floor, and a welcome landing. We had to bring minimal decorations, like centerpieces and such. They provide table settings, everything in the bar, name cards, and table numbers. We suggest finding a vendor for uplighting. Our DJ provided it for us and made the room look amazing. The food is fancy and delicious. In the days that followed our reception, we received compliments about the entrees and passed hors d’oeuvres. They are plated like an inspired high-end restaurant. We had an open bar and everyone was very pleased with the service. TLDR: these people know what they’re doing. The space is BUILT for weddings, not retrofitted, and it shows. The service is WHITE GLOVE and the food will impress your guests. Book this venue!
