They were professional while also personable making the experience very relaxed and natural. Prior to the big day, Nelson was very communicative and helped design a schedule meeting my interests of different shots and perfected the timing. On the day of, Nelson and his team eased right in without a hitch bouncing from one location to the next and corralling us and family seamlessly while staying on time. There wasn't a single moment of concern or stress during photos! Now to gush about the product!! Nelson and his team caught the most PERFECT moments. “Not only are they both lovers of Taylor Swift (so am I so we had lots to chat about!) Bethany and Raquel are phenomenal photographers/people in general and you shouldn’t hesitate to book them. I’ve recommended them to basically everyone I know getting married or has even the most distant of plans to get married. They go above and beyond the basic responsibilities of photographers and genuinely love documenting love. I hope to book them for literally anything in the future. They were the very first vendor we booked in our entire wedding planning process and set the bar waaaay too high for everyone else. They were one of the few vendors we reached out to that did an initial Zoom consultation. I think based on rom-coms I had this crazy idea in my head that wedding planning was done through in-person appointments, but I quickly learned most is done through emails and phone calls making it all feel a little impersonal. Our first meeting with Bethany and Raquel was amazing and it felt like they were actually invested in learning about us as a couple (they definitely were!) and the type of photography experience/style we were looking for. Their kind and thoughtful personalities led us to book them for our engagement shoot and wedding straight away. They definitely can meet you at whatever level of crazy you’re currently running at. For example, for our engagement shoot I had made a whole powerpoint of the types of shots I wanted as well as potential outfits. I did a complete 180 by the wedding and I told them I trusted their artistic vision completely and had no shot list other than the groupings for formal portraits. The photographs came in while we were on our honeymoon and we were blown away by the gallery. Everything was beautifully photographed, edited, and curated. On the wedding day my husband and I were excited for our first look partially because we got to see each other, but also because it was a hang sesh with both of them (lol!). They are wonderful people who put you at ease whenever you chat with them and become your genuine lifelong friends along the way. Many guests complimented their work style in which they weren't intrusive during the ceremony, but were constantly snapping both candid and posed photos. We didn’t want our wedding to feel merely like a spectacle –we wanted it to be a gathering of all our loved ones, so Bethany and Raquel's candid style was a perfect match for us.”

“We found Kendra on Instagram (yes, Instagram!) and instantly fell in love with her style. She is so personable and made us feel like ourselves in front of the camera, which included lots of giggles and following us around while we adventured for our engagement shoot. We picked Kendra as our wedding photographer for a lot of reasons, but initially because we loved her natural, bright and romantic aesthetic. As soon as we started working with Kendra, it was like we had been friends for a long time. She made us feel special and knew exactly what to say to capture our emotions and love for one another in the way that we expressed it, which sounds like a no brainer, but it can be challenging to feel "normal" when a new person is in front of you and taking your picture! In addition to being an incredible photographer, we turned to Kendra for her opinion and advice in some of our wedding decisions that we were having trouble making. Kendra gladly and professionally provided us with her input and even sent us some photos of examples of things we were considering that she had previously photographed so we had a visual. On the day of our wedding, from the moment Kendra arrived, she ran the show. I was so excited to see her and felt like she was a wedding guest that had arrived, but even though we developed an excellent rapport, Kendra meant business and was ready to do her job, so she got the ball really rolling. Shortly after her arrival, tension started to grow as we became closer and closer to the time of the ceremony and things didn't go exactly as we had planned them. Kendra had our backs and helped us to solve as many problems as we could, and make the best of the others that we had to move on from. This would be described under going "above and beyond the call of duty"! Kendra was there for us as our incredible photographer, but she wore many hats that contributed to the success of our wedding day.
