The CoLab & The Lounge are two spaces (that can be used as one) located in a gem of a vintage building in Lakewood, Ohio. After peeling away layers of dated materials, we have restored her to her former glory. Our two spaces, connected by an internal doorway, feature loads of natural light, original 1922 hardwood floors and a beautiful tin ceiling. At 900 sf each, we are the perfect boutique venue, offering all the time-honored traditions on a beautifully intimate scale. Grand Affair includes both sides with cocktail hour, bartender service, washes and mixers. You can choose to book both sides for the Ultimate Soiree!

Donauschwaben’s German-American Cultural Center is a banquet hall in the Cleveland, Ohio area. Couples don't need German heritage or lederhosen to enjoy the elegant splendor of this wedding venue. We are conveniently located 12 minutes from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. Our Main Hall can accommodate 300+ guests for a wedding. So, there is a minimum of 125 adults required to reserve this space. It has high ceilings with beautiful lighting, a large dance floor and built-in stage perfect for a live band or DJ. There is also an attached patio that overlooks a lake and fountain. Our wedding packages start at $68 per person and include appetizers, dinner, open bar, chair covers, centerpiece options and more! Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. (If you know of Lakewood, you know parking is a hot commodity)
