That position was as a floral designer, and you could say that's when I knew I had found my life's passion. From there I worked in a handful of floral shops before deciding to open my own studio. At six years old, she began taking piano lessons with Jean Wonders, and at eight she began Suzuki harp lessons with professional harpist, instructor, and adjudicator Candyce Dunham.
