A brief story of the best sausage we've ever had: It was a small trattitoria in Siena, Italy. The Tuscan wild boar sausage was served with creamy polenta and was truly out of this world. Our request to the waitress to have it "sprinkled on everything, please" was not well received. It is now a driving, shared passion to recreate the divine flavors we dined on that night.

We absolutely love where we live and we especially love our backyard access to Valley Forge National Park. Our day hikes are great but we'd love an awesome pack like this to bring along apples and more water!
