A brief story of the best sausage we've ever had: It was a small trattitoria in Siena, Italy. The Tuscan wild boar sausage was served with creamy polenta and was truly out of this world. Our request to the waitress to have it "sprinkled on everything, please" was not well received. It is now a driving, shared passion to recreate the divine flavors we dined on that night.
