We couldn't be more excited to travel through Europe. We will predominantly be in Italy and finishing with one special night in Copenhagen. We will be staying in the Tuscan Archipelago, the Italian Riviera, and various towns and cities in Tuscany. All these location have special and personal significance to both Jess and Zach :)

Jess and Zach met each other in 2016 while working at a fine-dining New Nordic restaurant in Grand Central, NYC. To bookend their journey thus far, the last dinner of their honeymoon is a tasting menu experience at Geranium, a three Michelin star restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark. This special meal will be a celebration of how they met, why they fell in love, and finding something special in a part of the world they never had a relationship to before.

Our first dinner in Italy as a married couple! Erbaluigia is the only Michelin recognized restaurant in Pisa. It's simple, minimalist decor stands almost opposite the thousand-year-old Roman Catholic church of San Frediano. The menu focuses on regional dishes with a combination of traditional and modern styles, including a section dedicated to barbecue options.

Situated away from the main tourist area, in a rustic building that is striking for its attractive outdoor space shaded by a wooden gazebo, this Michelin-recognized restaurant boasts an informal and relaxing atmosphere. The Mediterranean cuisine is full of character and prepared with top-quality ingredients, including a small selection of oysters.

This Michelin-recognized restaurant is situated in a corner of the charming little square in Marciana Marina, just a few minutes from Cotone, one of the oldest and most beautiful parts of the town. Raw fish is one of the house specialities.

Tennis overlooking the Mediterranean?! Mkayy!! The resort we are staying at has both a clay and grass courts – new surface experiences for us. Tennis together is one of our outdoor activity we love the most!

This restaurant is one of Elba Island’s gastronomic gems. There’s a private terrace for romantic dining in summer and top-quality wine options.

After hiking the path in Cinque Terre, Jess and Zach will be having dinner at the historic restaurant Da Aristide in Manarola. The chef/nonna is known for her dish of local mussels stuffed with mortadella... 🫡

We love riding bikes! Exploring the walled city of Lucca on a private bike tour is sure to be a wonderful way to take it all in. Race ya...!

On Thursday September 5th, we have a very special dinner reservation at the Michelin-starred Giglio in Lucca. We can't wait to experience an authentic Tuscan tasting menu in this lauded restaurant.

On Friday, September 6th, after an afternoon wine tasting in Chianti, we are going to dinner at famous Officina della Bistecca. You might have seen the famed butcher, Dario on Chef's Table. We are beyond excited to eat a ton of beef...!

You KNOW we are raising a glass upon entering this city. We first got to know each other while creating & serving up cocktails. We can't wait to take in the bar culture in Florence. Zach is particularly excited about getting a round at Locale Firenze and Gucci Giardino 25.

This Bib Gourmand ranked trattoria is named after the dish cibrèo, a typical stew from Florence that Catherine of Medici was said to enjoy so much that she even attempted, unsuccessfully, to export it to France. Roast rack of beef (gran pezzo) is one of the specialities.

Florence isn’t the ideal destination for seafood lovers, but we have been told this is a gem worth seeking out — if only for a break from meat-centric Tuscan cuisine. They are serving up seasonal catches of the day sourced locally and from regional Italian seafood bastions such as Sardinia.

A return visit for J at this delicious spot on the edge of Piazza Santa Croce.

We are looking forward to our first island dinner at this beautiful establishment.

Situated right on the seafront, Michelin-recognized Miky is one of the best restaurants for fish (including the famous Monterosso anchovies) in the region, serving cuisine which is more and more exciting and individual every year.

We are excited to take a break and enjoy a Japanese lunch at this Bib Gourmand designated restaurant.

We can't wait to tour this legendary Chianti producer in picturesque Lamole. The family winery dates back to the 1600s and all the grapes are farmed organically. Cheers!!

This is one of Jess' favorite restaurants in all of Florence. Coincidentally – or not (hah!) – it is down the street from where we will be saying. We can't wait to eat there.
