Our last day in Italy

Let's be serious - the only reason we're going to Italy is for the food.

Alexa and her brothers went to Florence back in the day and their favorite meal was the butter chicken at this tiny hole in the wall restaurant. Picture sizzling chicken smothered in butter served hot in a mini cast iron pan.

The hunt for the best gelato in all of Italy will commence.

Aprons on. Tiny Italian grandmother. Flour and egg. Scott burning down the kitchen. Alexa asking to be adopted by grandmother. A dream.
