Lions, hyenas and elephants, oh my! We'll spend four days in the bush at the Lake Manze Tented Camp (http://www.lakemanze.com), experiencing everything the Selous Game Reserve in southern Tanzania has to offer, taking it all in through driving, walking and boating safari.

Nom nom nom...no place can be truly experienced without getting to know the cuisine, and getting to know it well. We'll be sampling the local cuisine, from traditional African and Cape Malay dishes to the world class contemporary offerings at places like Test Kitchen (http://www.thetestkitchen.co.za).

We got a taste for diving in Thailand, and we'll continue the adventure in Zanzibar where we'll dive with dolphins and turtles.
