We're very fortunate to have all we need to be happy together. Instead of a registry, we are thrilled to accept contributions to our honeymoon. We're flying to Bogota on Monday, June 17th. We'll spend a full day in the city to explore and eat at a wonderful restaurant. Then we're flying to the northern coast to stay at eco-lodges in Minca and by Tayrona Park. We're excited to see beautiful birds and Blue Morpho butterflies. We'll end our trip with a few nights in Cartagena, where we'll also get a cooking lesson and a rum & chocolate tasting, before flying back on Wednesday, June 26th. Thank you for your love.

Leonor Espinosa celebrates the unique diversity of the country and crafts her captivating ‘Ciclo-Biome’ seasonal tasting menu around little-known ingredients such as the mojojoy worm, jumbalin and borojó, as well as more familiar – but no less exotic – ants, caiman and wild rodent. Beverage pairings – created by daughter Laura Hernández-Espinosa – are no less adventurous, with many tipples fermented or distilled in-house. Espinosa was crowned Latin America’s Best Female Chef in 2017 and Leo broke onto The World’s 50 Best list in 2019.
