We need one day off of the beach! "The Sunrise Special arrives at Haleakala's 10,023' summit to view the sunrise at the rim of the crater. You'll be given a guided van tour (1 to 1 1/2 hours) of the park and will watch the sunrise at the crater. You'll then be taken just outside of the park's entrance at 6,500 feet where we'll furnish Kona mountain bikes, helmets, backpacks, rain/wind gear, gloves and a map with points of interest. Experience a self guided 23 mile bike ride down the mountain back to our store in Haiku returning no later than 4pm . The independent nature of this activity does allow for varied return times depending on your own rate and possible stops."
