We're homeowners now! We found a mid-century modern house in East Knoxville that we love, and we’re planning to do some much-needed updates. It will certainly be a lot of work, but we’re excited to get started! Here is what we plan to do in the coming years: - renovate the currently unfinished downstairs in studio space, another bedroom, and other working space - refinishing the hardwood floors (they need it!) - renovating the kitchen - renovating the bathroom - updating the electrical - updating the outside carport into a patio - Removing a dead tree - And so many other fun projects!
