“ I had high hopes for this venue and the staff. Everything went wrong. The communication was extremely poor with Hillary the event coordinator. The parking garage code did not work, and all of my guests had to pay for parking (which was not cheap). The staff came to me in the middle of my wedding with a bill (mind you, my payment information was already on file) so I had to stop what I was doing to provide my payment info.
