Yes, we require you hire a bartender to serve alcohol during your event. We can provide you with our preferred vendor list.

Yes, we only offer self parking - which is free.

Your reservation includes twelve hours from start to finish, including the time it takes your decorator or planner to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour. Check in time on wedding day is 11 am and check out is 11 pm.

Our venue is fully insured; however, we require our clients to get event insurance.

Our venue is located 55 miles away from Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

We do not; we always want to give the bride and groom to choose their own. However, we can provide a list of preferred (and vetted) caterers.

We do! It is a separate suite on the property; this can be booked for an additional fee.
