Our Mission Statement: As a Master Certified Wedding Planner, I will cater to your needs for wedding planning, event management, and event design. We, at Forever Moments, strive to bring joy and peace of mind to your wedding day by creating a professional and comfortable environment to achieve goals together as a team.

About me: Brittney is a loving wife and mom who enjoys a variety of creative hobbies such as singing, painting, crocheting, baking, and DIY-ing. She is also a devoted Christian who credits all of her life's accomplishments to her Savior. Brittney holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from George Mason University and is a certified wedding planner and designer with the Certified Wedding Planner Society.

Description	For couples who want all aspects of wedding planning and management covered so they can focus on their happily ever after. Wedding planning services, event design, day-of coordinator, and more are all included.	For couples who have their wedding planned, but need help with the logistics of running the events. This can include creating a seating chart, event setup/cleanup, vendor oversight, and event coordination. Couples will receive management assistance in the weeks leading up to the wedding and assist with both the rehearsal and wedding day.	For couples who have their wedding vendors chosen but don't have an eye for designing their wedding look. Couples will work alongside the designer to decide their wedding colors and styles, along with researching and purchasing the items needed to complete the wedding vision. The Designer will also create a custom floor plan to further visualize the concept of the wedding and assist with setup.

Brittney was referred to us by a friend who had just been married. Her execution of both my friend's wedding, and my own, was absolutely spot on, essential, and flawless!!! Although she was hired as our Day of Coordinator, she still provided endless resources, responded to emails quickly, and scheduled monthly check-in's to keep us on track. I put a lot of work into planning my wedding, but none of it would have been possible without Brittney and her team! I was having trouble finding an officiant and Brittney referred us to a fantastic pastor! Her Team even offered to take pictures alongside our photographer and recorded special moments like our first look. At the end of the night they helped package our decorations and gave us a very sweet Christmas ornament with our wedding date on it. I would highly recommend Brittney's services to anyone I know in VA who is getting married. From the Rao's

I had the pleasure of working with Brittney of Forever Moments this past weekend for a wedding at Cana Vineyards as a fellow vendor. She is extremely professional and very easy to work with on what can sometimes be stressful days for vendors! She was communicative in the months/days leading up to the wedding itself and always answered any questions I had very quickly. On the day of the wedding, she or a member of her team, were always quick to relay updates and keep me in the loop on timing. If I ever needed help with something, the Forever Moments team was there! I really appreciated their professionalism and will happily recommend Brittney to future clients.

I cannot say enough good things about Brittney and Forever Moments. We are California residents who decided to have our wedding in my (the bride) hometown in Virginia. Once that decision was made, I knew the one area I had to include in my budget was a wedding coordinator. I started the daunting task of searching online for someone and came across Brittney's/Forever Moments website and after reading the information, I knew in my heart that she was it. We had a consultation meeting, and the rest was history. We hired Forever Moments for their wedding coordinator package with a bonus given for their decor package (they offer full planning as well) but we received so much more than assistance on our wedding day. Brittney is a wonderful person, a great communicator, she comes with lots of recommendations, and a solid planning timeline. She was always available outside of our scheduled calls with any questions or concerns I had and did a wonderful job of making me feel heard. She was prepared and present for the rehearsal, kicking everyone into gear. On the day of our wedding, she made sure everything was in place as discussed and any issues that arose, she took up with my wedding party leaving me to enjoy a stress-free day. She even came prepared with the best wedding day emergency kit I've ever seen in my life, which came in handy when a wedding guest broke her zipper and was able to keep dancing the night away thanks to Brittney's safety pins. She also made sure the timeline was kept to and that any decor items I needed to locate later were all in one place when we went to clean up. She went above and beyond and we are so grateful to her and her team for all they did to make our wedding day incredible. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, all I can say is do it! It is the best thing you can do for yourself. It takes so much stress off of you on your wedding day (and before) and if you aren't sure who to hire, hire Brittney/Forever Moments, you will not be disappointed.

I have had the great pleasure of working with Brittney and her assistant over these past 9 months to plan our perfect day that has jut passed on April 20th, 2024. Throughout the whole process, I have received very consistent and thorough communications about all of the planning and dates. Brittney did a great job keeping us on task and quelling and worries we had about upcoming dates and deadlines. Brittney had a very thorough schedule that she religiously followed and kept everything organized (We have no idea how she remembered everything to the finest detail sometimes). The whole process pre-wedding felt seamless with Brittney's help. Besides Brittney's vast network of other vendors and knowledge of wedding procedures, her execution of everything on the day of the wedding was more than we could've asked for. She settled the vendors (making sure they got set up and ready), set up decor and organized everything in accordance to the schedule. We felt like we never had to worry about anything on the big day and were making sure we look our best and take in every moment of the festivities. Brittney and her assistant were helpful and adaptable to any situation. Our seating chart had to be changed last minute, which they both adjusted to seamlessly and continued with set up. They also were kind enough to neatly pack all of our decorations back into their boxes and were very efficient on clean up. Brittney led us through the whole day without us needing to worry about a single thing. We couldn't have made our special day as enjoyable and easy if it wasn't for Forever Moments! Thank you Brittney for making this beautiful day in our lives possible!

I never let anything get in the way of being on time, I am an outside-the-box thinker, and I am detail-oriented. As soon as possible so that we can be proactive in getting you ready for the big day! Hiring a wedding planner early can ensure finding the right vendors, staying within the budget, and saving time by avoiding mistakes.

I am open to working with a vendor I've never worked with. I will do my best to research your requested vendor and give you an honest opinion of them. While the bride and groom ultimately make the wedding decisions, I require couples to have my approval of the wedding vendor prior to booking them.

It is preferred that you allow the planner to do all of the vendor communication for your wedding to prevent any confusion or accidental hiccups in the planning process. Even if the vendor is someone you personally know, we still require all of their contact information so that we can relay your wedding needs so that your wedding day is a success. If you only hire us for wedding coordination, then we will not be the single point of contact until our services start about 6 weeks out from your wedding date.

Yes; Any traveling 50 miles out from our office is subjected to an additional traveling fee.

The short answer is yes; Please feel free to contact your planner at any time with questions or ideas. However, in order for you to get the most out of your time with your planner, all non-urgent correspondence will be collected and researched as needed, and then discussed at our next scheduled meeting. We will let you know that we received your message, but we want you to be aware that the planner may be meeting with another client or working on a wedding and therefore cannot always respond right away. Email is preferred so that we have a written record to look back to.

For A La Carte services, we require the entire payment upfront. For wedding packages, we require a 40% non-refundable initial payment (otherwise known as a booking fee) to secure our services for your wedding date, 30% 90 days prior to the wedding date, and the remaining 30% 30 days prior to the wedding date. Payments can be negotiated and must be done prior to signing the wedding planner contract.
