    Kristal was so professional yet treated us like she had known us forever! She did both our hair and makeup plus she saved the day by fixing my daughter sunless tanning disaster! She knew exactly what to do to fix the streaks! Amazingly she pulls out wipes and spray n instantly removes the streaks! She made my daughter look absolutely stunning!

    Krystal was amazing and so kind. She showed up at 6 am for hair and make up and made me feel like a QUEEN. The make up and hair lasted all day. She even gave me a touch up bag for when I was on the go.

    I booked Kristal for bridal make-up but didn't know I was getting a one-woman glam squad. Her work on my mom and I was flawless. Her demeanor was good humored and she was easy to talk to which helped with the pre-wedding/elopement jitters. I'd definitely book her again. Ps: I tried uploading photos 3 times but Zola wouldn't let me be great.

    I had a terrible experience with this MUA. She was nice at first but kept rescheduling all my trials, technically the last one she canceled due to a emergency but no one notified me. So after driving through Orlando's traffic, I got a message that she wasn't able to do my trial *AGAIN*. However, I did look at her IG and it looked like no emergency was going on. It gave sketchy vibes and mind you this was 3 weeks before my wedding. She put it on me and how I initially wanted to do the makeup trial on March 2nd (she rescheduled), but at least I set the date because after paying the deposit she didn't reach back, it was always ME reaching back first until she noticed I was upset about her last cancellation that she will reach back, but at that point, a client will lose trust and I wasn't going to wait for her not to show up and cancel on my wedding day. I had to pay more for another MUA but it was worth it and way better communication. In regards to her services, I can't say anything because I didn't even get a make-up trial. Would recommend booking someone else, especially for a day as important as your wedding day when you don't need more stress.
