This venue is designed to accommodate all-inclusive event solutions including pre and post conference meeting areas, break out rooms, higher level AV solutions, and more. Whether you’re planning a seminar, digital conference, or a wedding, you’ll have everything you need to create an experience that is aligned with your vision.

September, October, and November, December
Yes, you can bring in your alcohol. We will require that a licensed bartender be serving the alcohol. They will need to provide us with their Certificate of Insurance.
Yes, our validations are $10 for all day parking. There are pay stations at the exit that guests can pay at with Credit or Debit card. We do not offer in-and-out privileges or self-parking.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have elevators at the main lobby floor and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights.
No, our venue is fully insured.
Our building is located 20 minutes from the nearest airport. You can take an Uber or Taxis from the airport to our venue.
Cleaning fee, high top tables, a bar, a conference room, soft seating throughout the space and a patio.
○ Event Contracts: 50% deposits are non-refundable, 50% is refundable with a 21 day notice of cancellation ○ Bookings: Fully refundable with 24 hours notice ○ Our preference is to always work with the client on scheduling for another available date vs. completely cancelling
January, February, March, April, and December
You can reserve the space beginning at 8am until midnight. The event needs to end by 11:00pm in order for the venue to be closed down at midnight.
