    I attended the wedding of my niece on 4/1/24. My niece hired Michelle to be the day of coordinator. When my wife and I arrived for the reception we could hear yelling from down the hall coming out of the reception hall. We later found out it was the day of coordinator yelling at the mother of the bride and the rest of the family for trying to help finish putting up decor. As the night continued on we saw these people we did not recognize dancing during the reception. we asked the mother of the bride who it was and found out it was. That is when we were told it was Michelle the coordinator and her team. We were also told the photo station other guests were taking photos at was supposed to have a member of Michelle's team there. However no team member was anywhere near it the entire night. We later found out more than half the decor was never used as well as our nephew missed half the wedding because Michelle made a last minute change without informing the family or the bride what that change was. We also saw after reviewing some wedding photos that her and her staff inserted themselves into family pictures as if they were guests at this wedding. Very unprofessional and sad to see how much this is affecting my niece.

    If I could give a zero star review I would! I hired fairytales and wedding bells for planning services and day of wedding coordination with an additional fee for adding in a third team member to help with reception set up. If you’re looking for someone to go MIA for hours, not handle vendor arrivals and make changes to your wedding ceremony you have found the right person. Did you want to buy a bunch of decorations and not have them used? Did you want your family to set up the reception after paying a team to do that? You got it this team will make sure they don’t have your reception set up, they won’t even bring a ladder or a step stool. If you’re looking for a vender to dance the night away and jump in your wedding photos with you and your family this is the vendor for you! If you wanted all your items delivered back to you after paying another fee and then not have them all get delivered she can do that too. Most importantly if you want your mom dad and brother to be yelled at so loud people down the hall can hear then go right ahead and hire fairy tales and wedding bells. She is guaranteed to ruin your wedding and not apologize unless she sees tears. Don’t worry about your ruined wedding day she will make sure she compensates you with a measly 150 bucks and a 50 dollar vacation voucher so you can book a cruise with her and give her more money! Run run run to someone else!!! GO TO ANY OTHER SERVICE save your wedding day!

    I’m not kidding when I say that this company saved my day. I felt like the most relaxed and happy bride on my wedding day because of the organization and professional of Michelle. Not only is she caring but she also gets stuff done. She takes her work very seriously and always has time to listen to your concerns!
