I am a sweets aficionado and design fanatic who loves putting together a flawless event. I’ve had some amazing experiences working in some of New York City’s most notable restaurants. Working in fine dining helped me develop a greater sense of the guest experience. The biggest thing I learned is there is so much more involved to create a true dining experience than just the food. Every single detail is assessed in fine dining, from the quality of the menu paper down to the food presentation. That attention to detail is what I fell in love with and it’s what I strive to achieve and never compromise on with every event. -Chantel G

No words can describe how perfect it turned out to be. Airy, delicious just around perfect at every bite. I am now counting down to the days when we can eat the top cake in the freezer.
