In Fall 2015, Colton and Abigail both started school at UL Lafayette. They both attended a football tailgate with mutual friends (shoutout Vic and Tanner) and Abigail said "Hey! Would you take a picture of me and Victoria??" The rest was history. They would go on to attend multiple Kappa Delta date parties, semi formals, and study dates. Spring 2016 rolled around, and Colton made the tough decision to return home to Shreveport to continue school. Throughout 2016-2019, I49 became very familiar to the couple, as it was 205 miles that led them to one another. By Fall 2019, Abigail moved to Shreveport to pursue PTA school, and Colton would be completing nursing school. The couple has since found their way back to Lafayette, LA, where their story continues. June 2021, Colton popped the question and she said YES! Please join the happy couple as they celebrate their story of love on April 2nd, 2022.
