As a bonus, they are a short drive away from stunning California beaches and can accommodate requests for off-site ceremonies, including a beach cliff wedding ceremony.

This space features vaulted ceilings complete with delicate drapery across dark wooden beams and crystal chandeliers. Enter through the foyer with room for a bar, a dessert table, or a lounge area. A charming fireplace welcomes you across the way, with a stage to the northwest. Access to the bridal suite, groom's room and guest bathrooms, and kitchen.

The Secret Garden was the perfect venue for our group of 105 guests in May. It has an intimate feel, but still feels open and welcoming. The flowers were in bloom and the grass was very green. The coordination team did an amazing job accommodating all of our set-up requests and took great care of us on the day of. We are very pleased with everything and loved the preferred caterer and DJ that were part of the all-inclusive package. Overall we found this venue to be one of the more affordable options, especially given you bring in your own alcohol/drinks and can take home what’s leftover. This saved us at least 50/person. The surrounding area and city of Rancho Santa Fe are gorgeous. Parking was easy and all our guests loved the venue.

The Secret Garden was the best decision we could have made. As this being a destination wedding for us, our coordinator Laura made the process so seamless and went above and beyond not only in the planning process but our wedding day. The day was amazing. We told them what we wanted, questions were asked and the team executed. We are so thankful and appreciative how much effort they put into making the day go as smoothly as possible. All of their staff was amazing, so personable and friendly! Laura, I hope you keep busslin’! We cannot thank your team enough!

The Secret Garden was the perfect place to get married! The staff was awesome making our day seamless and easy. The location was beautiful and it worked out well for all of our out of town guests. I could not have asked for a better easier day!

This venue and their coordination team runs a smooth sailing ship! We did their recommended photographer and DJ as well. Overall everyone was so familiar with the venue and easy to work with. I love that they didn’t try to add on all these random service fees or administrative charges or hidden taxes, what we signed up for was what we got. We had an amazing day!

We offer off-peak season discounts on our inclusive wedding packages from December 16 through March 16. Inquire for additional discounts!

Yes! We have an on-site parking lot for 30 vehicles, exclusively available for your event. Additional street parking can be found on La Granada and Avenida de Acacias, surrounding our venue.

We happily offer a BYO bar set-up so that you can customize your bar costs and offerings. To do this, we require event insurance with host-liquor liability. Additional rentals for glassware can be added upon request, or if you prefer to work with a bar service vendor we have a preferred list for you to start with!

Your reservation includes up to 9 hours from start to finish, including up to 3 hours of pre-event time in our furnished Bridal Suite and Groom's Room, 1 hour for your ceremony and 5 hours for your reception. Additional time may be available for a fee.

In an effort to maintain your deposit, we do our best to accommodate a postponed event. However, in the event that a cancellation is inevitable, booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible! Our main sidewalk entrance accommodates our guests needing a wheelchair, and our venue features hearing-impaired fire alarm lights and trained staff.

Our peak season starts in March 15 and last through December 15. Additional discounts may be available upon inquiry!

Day-of-wedding/Event Insurance is required at a minimum coverage amount of $1 million dollars, and typically costs somewhere between $100-200 depending on guest count. Further details and specific instructions are available upon through a tour with our booking team!
