Virginia wedding photographer with a serious obsession with Netflix, true crime podcasts and YA fantasy novels. Telling the stories of two best friends in love with laughter, joy, and some really awesome dance parties.
I've been told I'm a personal hype squad - always keeping things light and joyful while creating a fun, calm, and carefree environment for any event or session. I'm a big believer that you should spend as much time enjoying the moments of your day and interacting with your friends and family as much as possible. I aim to work quickly and get you to the party as fast as I can, while still capturing the true feeling of your wedding day from start to finish!

Sarandipity for the win!
My husband and I loved working with Sara! She has the best vibe and personality and is so creative and talented. She worked so hard to deliver us phenomenal photos and capture the essence of who we are as a couple. There were so many pictures that we loved and now have hanging in our home, and all of our friends and guests have been so impressed with her work. We are so lucky that our wedding planner recommended her to us; she was such an integral member of our vendor team and one that we hope to continue to use in the future as well. If I could give Sara ten stars, I would, she is that amazing! She was so flexible and easy to work with, I couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out!

Sara photographed our October 2023 wedding, as well as our engagement photos in fall of 2022. She came highly recommended to us by our wedding planner, and did not disappoint! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! She delivered our photos for both engagement and wedding far faster than her contract dictated she needed to. She was a big help on our wedding day wrangling our families, ensuring all our requested photos were taken in time, and going above and beyond in doing things like bustling my wedding dress. More than anything, she is FUN! We had never been professionally photographed before and she made being in front of the camera easy. We love our photos and will cherish them for years to come. Run, don't walk, to work with Sara!
The best of the best!
Sara is the absolute best!! She has taken everything for us from headshots to family photos to anniversary photos! Her style is beautiful and vibrant and she knows how to make you look amazing and creates images you will treasure forever! Her laid back and go with the flow attitude always puts us at ease. She is also hands down THE best hype girl and always makes us feel like a million bucks. Thank you Sara for all the beautiful photos you have blessed us with!!

I have known Sara for years, and she has always been the one I trusted when it came to any type of photos I have ever needed, business or personal. I knew she HAD to be the one to take my wedding photos, and I will forever be grateful that she was available on our date. Sara is not only the best time and makes you so comfortable around the camera, but she has an incredible eye and a magical way of capturing moments many other people would overlook. It is her extreme attention to detail that brought our wedding to life all over again. The moments captured were perfect, and the color and vibrancy of her photos is unmatched and absolutely stunning.
