Wood & Word Blooms is run by a Jen Angle, former teacher of 20+ years and specializes in using hand-painted wood flowers along with a faux, dried and preserved florals (nothing fresh here) to bring your wedding vision to life not just for that one glorious day but forever. Besides designing for you, I also offer DIY Wood Flower Experiences to create your wedding florals alongside me in person or virtually and 1:1 sessions to help DIY brides learn to do it themselves.

SHIPPING AVAILABLE - Wood florals can be shipped across the US, so you don't have to live near New England. UNIQUELY YOU - From the wildest color combos to flowers made of your mom's old dress, there are a million ways to customize to you. I create unique designs for each client, no cookie cutter bouquets off Etsy here. Plus nothing to sneeze about if you have allergies, no flower is ever out of season, and these florals are a true investment that you can enjoy for years to come.

Amazing florist!
Jen was so great to work with for my wedding. She made the whole process so simple and seamless. She got my bouquets to me in plenty of time ahead of my wedding, making that one less thing on my plate for all the little details in the last couple weeks before the wedding. I was able to mail her swatches of my bridesmaid dress color, and she dyed the flowers perfectly and they looked so good the day of. I would recommend Jen 100 times over!

I could not be happier with how my wood flowers turned out from Jen. She went above and beyond in making my floral vision come true for my wedding. Her communication was great throughout the entire process as well. And I am so excited to have these flowers forever!! I would highly recommend her business for anyone interested in trying something new for their wedding/event :)
Best Decision
Jen is just wonderful to work with! Jen is quick to respond and always there to answer questions! She offers a lot of options to choose from, along with a variety of styles arrangements, all to your custom liking! I personally went with a large bouquet, corsages, boutonnieres and arch swag. My parents, in laws and myself all have our own personal keepsake from wedding day. Having the opportunity to admire such a beautiful arrangement for years to come, reminding me of the most intimate part of the day, is just worth it. I received so, so many compliments and all came along with “wow” after realizing they were wood arrangements! Everyone, along with myself, just loved and couldn’t believe how beautiful and unique each arrangement was. Thank you Jen for being apart of our special day that I’ll be able to keep forever.

I am so thankful that I used Wood & Word Blooms for my wedding flowers. Jen was so patient and kind while I obsessed over what colors to have for my flowers since my main color was sage and that isn't ideal for florals (In my opinon). From the moment I started planning my wedding I knew I wanted something that was not real because I have a lot of allergies and I wanted to be able to keep it forever. When I came across Wood & Word Blooms, I first did a class. Once I did that, I knew this was the perfect place for my wedding florals. I am so grateful that I can still have my bouquet and other florals weeks to years after my wedding. Every time I see them hanging I smile because it reminds me of my special day.
