I'm getting married 11/2 at the American Swedish Historical Museum, a JAM venue. I know the wedding itself will be the real test, but so far working with JAM has been a great experience and I am sure the wedding will be just as smooth and delicious. From the beginning, I have found everyone with whom I've spoken at JAM to be extremely responsive, accommodating, and pleasant. Every addition I've wanted to make, even if not in the packet of upgrades, has been immediately priced out (at a reasonable rate!) and accommodated. Every email I've sent has been responded to extremely quickly and thoroughly. Every dish I tried at the tasting in January was delicious and I'm so excited for the menu, which we picked from a ton of interesting and creative options. It was so hard to choose. I'm writing now because I will probably forget to review after my wedding and honeymoon, but at this point, we are under 6months out and still extremely happy that we chose to go with JAM. Bonus points for me- a friend of mine went to a JAM-catered wedding last year and raved about the food. And a restaurant owner friend of my parents told me "you can't go wrong with Jeffrey A Miller."

JAM really focuses on each individual couple to align with their needs and goes above and beyond to make sure that the menu is as seamless and curated as possible. There are so many options for each course that they offer for menus and are mindful of allergies which is amazing.

JAM catering has been extremely helpful in our wedding menu planning and we are so happy we decided to go with this venue and catering company! The food that we tried at the general and private tastings were delicious and they have been extremely accommodating in helping us create a menu incorporating Indian and Asian dishes as we are having a multicultural wedding. Although the Indian and Asian options are somewhat more limited, being able to customize different stations has been very helpful. Truly looking forward to the delicious food on our wedding day!
