Sugar Crystles is a wedding confectionery company in New Milford, CT. This budding bakery is owned and run by me, Crystle, and I am industry professional with years of cake-making in my repertoire. Using my skills, I do my best to craft stunning wedding cakes and delectable desserts that will have you and your guests wanting more. I create a variety of desserts and cakes for any special occasion with various techniques. From icing-covered sugar cookies to a variety of desserts for a buffet, I do it all. I also specialize in gluten and dairy free. I will cater to any flavor or design of your choice. Cake tastings are also available

I feel my work speaks for itself, I can craft tangy key lime pies, fondant-coated cookies, or truffle-like cake pops. And when it comes to my wondrous wedding cakes, I am all systems go, using the finest ingredients to create luscious layered cakes that come in a range of flavors.     Working with Crystle was a joy. From consultation to execution and delivery, she was an absolute professional. My partner and I asked for a wedding cake that had both a naked cake appearance with pressed flowers, and she took our desires and created a beautiful cake for our special day! It was truly a piece of art. We had a two-tier vanilla buttercream with funfetti sponge, with strawberry and creme filling, and it was the most delicious cake we ever had. Additionally, she delivered our cake within our parameters and was very concise and informative with our venue about storage conditions, preparation and displaying. I will be using her services again in the future, and I highly recommend other couples to do the same. She is a wonderful vendor based in New Milford, CT! *We will add pictures when they become available to us

    Crystle was amazing to work with. From the initial tasting, to the drop off, she had been very thorough and responsive. The cake was delicious! Crystle’s attention to detail was impeccable! We were almost too scared to eat it because of how beautiful the cake was. We still have our guests talking about the cake!
