Hello, I'm Jackie! I have loved baking and pastry my whole life! I grew up spending hours in my play kitchen dreaming of a life creating actual food for others. After 12 years in the industry, graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, and competing (and winning!) Sugar Rush on Netflix I finally decided to create Pink Petunia Baking Co. and share my passion with others! Nothing makes me happier than creating desserts for special events (or even just a regular Wednesday!) and celebrating every moment with others through sugar. I hope I can make your next celebration that much sweeter!

    Jackie was incredible to work with from the beginning! From her timely response to my inquiries to hand delivering a very generous tasting box, to all her suggestions for our reception and her perfect execution of our amazing wedding cake, we couldn’t be more thrilled to give her a 5 star review!     Jackie was amazing from start to finish, I cannot thank her enough! I reached out asking for cookies for my best friend’s baby shower and she truly delivered. Communication was great. My fiancé handled her delivery and he said she was super friendly. Not only were the cookies beautiful but they were DELICIOUS! They were a huge hit and mama cried when she saw them. Thanks again!

    I would give more than 5 stars if I could, Jackie was very good at communicating with us and her cakes/ pies were incredible! We could not have picked a better baker for our special day. We got so many compliments on how well everything tasted and have already recommended her to a few of our wedding guests. She came in prior to the ceremony and set our dessert table up for us and left a few boxes for leftovers. I HIGHLY recommend booking with her for all of your dessert needs!

    Pink Petunia created the most delicious and beautiful dessert bar for our wedding! The whole process was seamless. She was quick to respond, flexible with my schedule with communicating details, and makes the BEST cakes/cookies. The treats went so quickly! Would highly recommend for any bakery needs.
