Bailing Out Benji uncovered and exposed the breeder (a year after we got Oatmeal) when the USDA repeatedly failed to inspect his farm but kept issuing his license. When inspectors finally got onto his property, they found dozens of dead dogs and hundreds of critically ill, malnourished, and abused puppies and dogs.
